Training the Complete Athlete
Athletes, no matter what your age is, it is time to put in the WORK to take your performance to the next level. Focused, intense training programs that run 6 weeks, 12 weeks, or year long. Nutrition guidance plus rest and recovery are included in all programs. Whatever your performance goals are, the Academy is ready to help you achieve them.
We use evidence-based practices to develop our athletes. Our athletes follow periodized training methods in order to seek optimal training results that translate to their sport for better performance.
Each athlete comes from a different sport, position, age, experience, and more. Each athlete has their own needs, body, personality, and more. We take these into account when programming for their development as a complete athlete, helping them a higher level of competition.
We program for optimal training stimuli to acquire optimal training adaptations. We study the data gathered from the individual and use that to better enhance their training programs. The training blocks that the athletes utilize set them up for both short-term and long-term development.
We understand the importance of community and relationships. We understand that each athlete that walks through our door is trusting us to take them further than anyone else could. We understand the magnitude of that relationship.
